Treas rpt approx 2800, way down from previous 2 years We need to curtail some spending
(trophies were earmarked specifically)
Motion to chage autox fee structure to: Minor event 15 for members, 20 for non-members for
majors 5 additional Jason, D Wink, unan carried
Dave worked to transfer all info (completed) and checking access to Dan Wink (ongoing)
Charlie T also to have chkg acct access

February rallycross club made $295.56, nice job!!!! 25 participants
upcoming: evening rally June 21 from Auburn/Lewiston area to Norway put on by Gary Webb
Friday July 28 Rallycross at Pooh Corner Farm in Gilead

PROCESS CHANGE Tech 1st, 2 kines members go first non members wait (more reason to
join...) Tech will help to determine class...Most cars only 2 possible classes ST groups
of classes or stock, SP, P, M classes
after tech bring form to reg. same deal 2 lines members 1st.

Rally cross, waiting for rulebooks. will review with intent of using scca rules for cmc
also need to work on a points structure proposal
karts: Forest and Dan almost ready with rules proposal. Classing agreed to previously.
simplified SCCA rules being used. Of most note will require steel brakelines and wka
muffler for all competitors, will publish online asap
April 20 auto x school. Class time will be followed by seat time. During class times
chairs will receive free seat timein exchange for attending autox chair school while
students get their seat time. This is a social event for points purposes.
Class time will be at the OOBHS club approved 5 room fee and 20/hr janitor fee
Question was raised if Gritty's works it was very loud, we decided to try again next
month.
